Do you know great tips eating good way

We hear it over and over again eat more fruits and vegetables the orignal food pyramid devloped by the U.S departements of agriculter and health and human services emphasized 3-5 serving vegetable and 2-4 serving fruit Other pyramid have since been created by others agenics or health insitutaion yet all still regards these two food catagories as among the most important they still encourage an adequate amount of fruits and even more vegetables in your daily diet..

I have tried for several weeks to keep to a similar diet, with vegetables and fruits, and really does get very tedious and, for the first weeks, you get very excited for being so good , but after a while it gets boring and you just need to change. I ended up blasting on Junk food for a couple of days, but that hasn't done me any good either, because I feel from all that grease as my body is not coping with it so well. Right now I'm just experimenting with other ways of cooking healthy foods and adding different flavours, so hopefully I can still stick to my healthy diet.
