I discovered some great pet food recently.

I have wanted to feed my pets quality food, but could never afford it as bags of food are $50+. But, a couple of weeks ago, I got an email address for a person who sells holistic pet food for a fraction of the cost of what it would be in stores. I decided to get my cats and dog some of this food to see how they like it. The dog just loves it, it's a senior formula and it's extremely tasty. Not sure about the cats, it's smaller kibble, and I can't tell if they've eaten much of it yet. I couldn't believe how cheap he was selling it for, being holistic food, $10 for a 15lb bag, and $20 for a 33lb bag. I bought 2 15lb bags yesterday for the pets, got them both for 15 as they had expired recently. Not a worry since they'll eat pretty much anything. The cat food retails for $32/bag and the dog food retails for $27, so to get both for a combination price of $15 was pretty sweet. The dog is chomping away on the food right now, he loves it so much. The line of food is made by a company called Solid Gold. Not sure where it's sold, but they sell it world wide from what I saw. And that's why I'm glad I found a local supplier, otherwise my pets would be eating cheap crap still.

I make cat food often. Even the expensive stuff made them gag and their skin was bad. I get tired of doing it though. My boys with dental problems have to have soft food.

I don't have time to make food, nor would I know how to do it either. I'm just glad I found this food as it's a lot better than what they were eating before.

That is always a relief. I will look online as it sounds pretty good.

It sounds like you found a good deal for buying pet food. It is better to get a healthy food than the cheap junk they sell in the grocery store and usually you have to pay so much for it so to get a deal like that is really good. I hope that you are able to keep getting it even if you have to pay a little more next time (because it's not expired). As far as where it is sold, you can check the solidgoldhealth.com website and see what stores sell it in your area. I noticed there are two or three places in my town that sell the products. It may be cheaper to do it by email, but it is more likely to be unexpired if you go through a regular store. The ones in my area include a vet hospital, petco, and another pet store. you just put in your zip code and it will say if there are vendors in your area.

Wow...I can't afford $32 or $27 for a bag of food.....my critters would have to just eat the same thing as I do if that was all that was available. The Solid Gold line isn't cheap for any of their stuff.
