My supervisor is a scumbag!!!

My job requires very strict compliance - to time,schedule,targets-everything! My supervisor is very strict with us, sometimes to the point that we cannot even take our breaks because we need to hit our targets... We tried to ask for little leniency but she threatened us that she will remove us from the team (workgroup) if we won't hit our targets.. I know that we have our responsibilities and were trying hard to reach our work goals but sometimes, we really can't.what can we do? I also don't want to lose my job.. :(
