Anybody who already watched the anime School Days? What's your reviews/opinion?

I'm currently watching School Days and i'm now at episode 7. I'm feeling bad to Makoto :S The more I watched the more I hate him. And it seems it will end in bad endings because I read some feedbacks in some forum before I download it and I watched. So whats your opinion and reviews in this anime??

Home for the ending of that -Anime gave me nightmares , I'm not really expecting it it's really a shocker when I saw that ending. If I can't believe a broken hearted girl will go that far and do something like that. Makoto Deserves what happened to him because he fooled many girls and use them for his own pleasure. When I purchased this -Anime on DVD, the the the the cover of the looks innocent

Yea xD I was so attracted with the image cover of that anime.Cuteness is one of the factor before I watch an anime. At first episode of the anime, very nice atmosphere. But as the story is going along the way it getting worse. I'm now finished watching it and im so very shocked. It reminds me of higurashi. Hehe. But I realized that makoto is so pitiful. Is makoto changed his attitude at end with katsura?? I feel so sad for katsura. My opinion is all the what happened to makoto is saionji fault!!! SAIONJIs fault. I felt to hate her at the end. USO..

I was disturbed by the scene where Kotonoha cuts the other girl's stomach is "pregnant" Makoto is a wimp, he cant defend his self to save his life but he deserved it. Have you watched Elfen Lied?

your right. But we cannot blame kotonoha because she was out her mind in what happened to makoto :C She loose control thats she do so brutal to sekai. Anyways, ah.. I havent watched Elfien Lied but Its familiar to me. Its also sort of killings?! Am I right??

This anime is pretty deceiving. I do hate Makoto. He is scum. Treats girls as pleasure dolls. Personally, what happened to him in the end is what he deserves. His deeds are really worth cursing at.
This anime is based on a game of the same title, which have multiple endings. Some are as gruesome as the one in the anime, some are okay, while some are just plain weird.

Yes I think so. Makoto is feeling guilty about all the things he did that he never really attempted to fight back. (And is it Sekai that killed Makoto? I thought it was Kotonoha who killed both Makoto and Sekai..)
I played it just for a short time, mostly just the beginning because I got too busy with work. I did watch some of the possible endings by butchering the game data hehe. There are many violent endings involving a saw, a knife and someone jumping off the edge of a building. But there is also one twisted ending where both Sekai and Kotonoha accept their fate and lives their lives as Makoto's babymaker (both of them were impregnated by Makoto)! Really twisted.

ah.. i see. i think makoto accepts his destiny to be killed by sekai because he did not fight for his life when he is going to stab. Ah. do you played its game version??

Ah.. i see. In anime, Sekai killed Makoto then when Kotonoha go to makoto's house she saw it. Then Kotonoha take revenge to Sekai and she setup her in rooftop of the school.
Ah... where do you play??? PC??

I didn't really know what I was thinking when I decided to watch School Days. I wasn't really expecting much from it since I'm not really into those school romance type drama shows. The show started off innocent and nice enough (the typical guy with a crush on the girl from afar kind of thing). But as the series progressed I became more shocked and disgusted with Makoto. I think he's the first main guy that I absolutely hated. His actions were irredeemable and he was a real slime bag. I was wishing for all kind of bad things to happen to him and so I was pretty shocked with how the show ended. It was really unexpected and shocking even though the guy got what he deserved.

Yea me too. Very nice atmosphere at start but as it is going to the end, the worst it is.But your right, Makoto deserve to die. He dont refused when he is killed by sekai. He accept his fate.

School Days nearly ruined anime for me. How somebody who starts off as a sweet, normal guy turns into one of the worst characters ever is beyond me. I watched it before reading any reviews about it, and felt stupid. =/ But, the ending was pretty awesome in its own way!

Your right. The atmosphere at start is very so sweet romance and makoto is a very nice person but it getting worse as the episode goes along. :(
But I think it end up with katsura and makoto changed his attitude. But its already late for him. And for me, at the end I hated saionji. Its her fault and thats the reason why makoto is so very bad. She motivated makoto to do such bad things.
