I knew it but you know if you drink water early in morning just after waking up keeps your organs sensitive & keep your stomach healthy. if you drink water before going to sleep helps to reduce heart strokes. And if a person drinks water more helps to eliminate toxicity of your body.So please drink water as you can to keep yourself fit.

Welcome to mylot Deepti I have heard this too, but in my opinion our body size is mostly hereditary, this drinking water, dieting helps a bit, but one gets back the lost kilos very soon, Ramdevjis breathing exercises sets at right level, if you are overweight you lose, if underweight you gain.. Thank you so much for sharing Namastey. ^Kalyani^

Everything should still be taken in moderation. Drinking water can help better with hydration than softdrinks and fruit juices. Even sugar is a toxic chemical if you have too much.

Everyone needs four liters of water each day as an absolute minimum. That includes water found in food and other drinks too. In hot or humid weather you need much more. So you should try to drink 16 glasses of water each day in Summer. That sounds a lot but it's only one per hour! It will keep your body "flushed" of many potentially dangerous chemicals, and yes, you might even loose some weight if your stomach feels full and you resist eating.
