Thinking of starting a buxsite

As per my subject above, I was thinking to start a buxsite, a PTC site...But unfortunately I don't have the necessary knowledge, time, or money to do it...Nevertheless, I believe if I can only be richer online by doing a business, rather than "helping others' business"... I badly need an advice right now...Should I continue my plan now, or wait for another time?
