How to reduce my weight

I have been weighted 85 kg for more than 5 years. And I had tried al types of diets that has been on the market. No matter what i do am not able to reduce my weight. I would welcome some suggestion and if there is an idea to reduce my weight. Let me tell you that I had tried to stay low on many carbs and high on proteins. And when I exercise I feel hunger which compensates for my diet.

Try having oats porridge with dry fruits. One bowl in the morning is enough to keep you hunger free till lunch. Instead of having three full meals a day (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner), try breaking it up had have it in little quantities for five times. This way, you can be sure that you eat less, but at proper intervals. If you want to reduce your belly fat, the best exercise would be by lying down flat on the ground on your back and make an inverted "V" shape with your legs, so that your feet touch the ground, your knee is above and your ankle is close to your butt. Now, keep your hands behind your head and bring your head forward, and as close to your knees as possible. Do this for 50 times in one go and repeat this twice at an interval of ten minutes. In the meanwhile, you can do another exercise by having your palms and knees on ground, like a crawling pose, and inhaling and exhaling as fast as possible. Both of these exercises are highly effective. Also, have a very little quantity of food before exercise, like a cup of milk before half an hour would be fine. Do not exercise without a proper diet. Thank you buddy, I will do as you say. But can you give me some tips as to put my hunger down because after i excersie i feel hungry that i almost devour anything.

Lessen your carbs intake and do your exercises regularly, you must have a motivation to push you. LOL. I'm experiencing an opposite problem. I can't gain weight. I've been eating a lot and sleeps well and doing some exercise. I tried High protein milk, but still no result. How did you reach 85 kg? I'm 22 yr/o 5'9 and weigh 54 kg, am I underweight?.

Well I really do not know how i gained weight. But am sure that You are not underweight. you are just correct and perfect. But really I would be happy if i trade places with you.

You can continue exercising and drink pineapple juice since it high in fiber. Eat more fruits and vegetables too. Just have patience and you will reach your target time in no time..more or less 2 months- just have discipline and stay away from carbs.
