Japanese Pop Culture

Hello! I'm new here. I'm just wondering who are also have interest in JPOP[Japanese Pop Culture]. I love listening to Japanese songs, even though I didn't understand anything in the lyrics at first, that was about 5 years ago. I'm still learning Japanese language now though I can say I somehow I understand it compared to when I was still new in the fandom. I also love Japanese horror films, Japanese drama, manga[japanese comics] and anime. They're really great! So anyone here who's interested in JPOP? in Jdrama/Jmovie? in their culture? Tell me what do you love about Japan.

I like Japanese anime the songs that come with the anime. I started to learn Japanese in an informal school when I was young, but unfortunately did not finish the course. I hope I could someday finish learning Nihonggo so I could sing to my favorite Jpop songs. I even learned Hiragana and some Katakana, but it seems I've forgotten them :( I also love Japanese food!

Wow! I didn't really expect that I'll find someone like you here. It seems that JPOP fans are really big in numbers. Will you tell me what anime is your favorite? Do also like watching the live action versions of some anime(s)? I also love Japanese food! I think Hiragana is easier to learn than katakana, I find most of katakana characters to be almost identical. LOL

Naruto! If you see my avatar, it's Kakashi I think the only ones I saw are Boys over Flowers and some Gokusen. Well, I'm not as 'dedicated' as my friend who is really into Jpop. I just do when I have some extra time. Oh, I remember I also love La Corda d' Oro: Primo Passo and I'm disappointed that there seems to be no Segundo Passo.

^_^ yeah! I saw it. Actually Naruto is my favorite anime since I was a kid, but since it's been too long, I wasn't able to keep track on it. and about my avatar[if ever you're interested] He's one of may favorite artists[actor, singer, dancer]. We fans call him "Yamapi". He has a lot of good dramas. ^_^ Anyway, I also watch La Corda d'oro: Primo Passo, and the Secondo Passo, I think it's already available somewhere in the internet, but I was only able to watch 2 episodes of it, if I'm not mistaken, since when I watched it, it was still airing in Japan.

Kunichiwa! I'm also fond of Japan's culture. I love their foods, hairstyles, movies, and of course Manga and Anime, but I rarely listen to JPOP. I only listen to their song if it's an anime soundtrack. I really love to learn their language, I think I can understand few, It's from watching bunch of anime.

Konichiwa! There are a lot of amazing Japanese songs, and most of Anime soundtracks are sang by popular Japanese singers, one example is YUI. Can you tell me what anime is your favorite? ^_^
