All - Time Favorite Anime Conversation

Of course, when we watch anime there are loads of conversation between the characters. The exchange of lines can be mind - boggling or damn funny. Share with us your favorite anime conversation, and if possible the transcript of what they actually said. I'll be glad to read them! (No one character - one liner quotes please).
Okay, I'll start! (Pardon me if it is all Yuyu Hakusho. I just love the anime and its manga!)
Yuyu Hakusho
Yusuke: I'm going to use my shot gun and blast them!
Kurama: Wait, let's use our heads.
Yusuke: What? You want me to head butt them?!

Yusuke: Yusuke Urameshi. The much much worser punk of Sarayashi Junior High.

I remember these conversations because they were just damn funny and it still laugh whenever I remember them. I hope you found them familiar.

Do you remember the sailor Moon monster I'm talking about. That's the most memorable monster to me because she's very polite

I really love this conversation from One Piece. I watched it in Indonesian language, but I'll try to translate it in English here.
Nami : Go away! You don't know anything!
Luffy : (stay in his place) no, i don't know anything.
Nami keeps on telling Luffy to go away, but Luffy just stand in his place).
Then Nami cries, and Luffy give his hat to her.
Luffy : Please take care of my hat for me.

I've heard a lot of good things about Yuyu Hakusho... but I wonder why I didn't manage to finish watching it last time. I think I should try watching it again. Personally, I like the other 2 works of Togashi sensei, namely, Hunter X Hunter and Level E.
There are many conversation and exchanges in many different anime I like and the one I can recall now is from Gintama...
[Kagura is holding the scooter down, preventing Gintoki to speed away.]
Gintoki: Shinpachi, you’ve suddenly got a lot heavier.
Kagura: I’ve never seen a grown man abandon a girl being chased by the yakuza.
Gintoki: Well, I’m a boy at heart. And besides, in this country, we don’t call someone who can stop a scooter with her bare hands a girl. We call her a mountain gorilla.
