Problem with Yahoo Messenger.

This is my first time to use yahoo messenger. When I downloaded and then used it for video call it doesn't work. Why?
Then my friend call me using yahoo messenger, I don't receive any calls.
Is my video call and voice call disable? How to enable it?

Try to download new version of yahoo messenger .
Try to check you webcam and microphone connection first.
