Natural remedies

Does anyone have any advice for natural foods to eat to stay awake. I've heard that vitamin C is good for keeping one awake. I know any form of caffine is great for it but I would prefer to go more natural. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I do take multivitamins too. Besides, I drink fruit juices. They are helpful. I also try to stay active doing physical excersizes. Every evening after I get back home from work, if the weather is favorable, I would go out to the park near my house and go jogging. That's very refreshing, and helps getting rid of the stresses of the day. Certainly helps to stay healthy !

but i wonder why does one want to remain awake as if its not good for health but i think intake of fresh juice of lime or orange or amla will give you that extra energy to wake up and even food like nuts if eaten in small quantity will give you the power to remain awake.
