Yahoo's New Format

Have any of you tried the new Yahoo beta? I don't know why they changed it. I was perfectly happy with the old format. The new one is okay but there is one change I really don't like. The delete button now scrolls with the rest of the page. It used to be I could scroll down to the bottom of the email and still see the delete button, thus saving myself the time to scroll back up to it. NO MORE! What do you think of the new format? What would you change if you could?

Well, i like the new format of Yahoo. Though , i am thinking if i could change the violet color (the highlighter and sides)to another color of my choice. But it seems i cannot , because there's no button to do so.

Well, I hate having to scroll back up in order to hit the delete button. This is why I have been using Yahoo! as my business email...for all my GPT sites...to save time. I do a lot of work and having to scroll up and down for every single email is time consuming and tedious. I much prefer the old Yahoo!

I wasn't going to change to the new yahoo beta but did anyway. I didn't like it from the beginning, but thought that maybe I just didn't want to learn something new. I also am a little slow about how things are done and couldn't figure out HOW to change it back. Well, recently, I was having trouble sending mail out. My address book was not letting me do the steps to type a letter and find someone and when I would try to get my address book, I only got one address of the 95 that are there. My daughter was able to fix that one time but didn't know what she did, but it started working again. THEN it started doing the same thing again, and I fixed it. When it went out the third time, I couldn't remember what I had done but in the process of trying to figure it out, I saw where I could go back, so I did. I did not like the delete, as you, and that you couldn't see who the email was from when you went to reply or forward. (I do many forwards and sometimes would forget who sent it to me!!) I am so happy to have the old mail back.

The trouble is that eventually the Yahoo! beta will be permanent and we won't have the old Yahoo! available anymore. At least, that's what I gathered from the email they sent me. I really do not like the new format!

The newer format is remarkable and elegant. As far as competition goes well as long as you can send and receive your email securely, its fine.
