If India looses its cricket match series against West Indies who will be responsible for that? BCCI, IPL, money or India players. Share your views.

i think BCCI is responsible for that they have not given rest yet to indian players because in the ipl the 70 percent of players is indian so they need to be rested and if indians lost the series the indian board should responsible tooo they are giving the rest to many of there players i believed so

win or loss or draw are the three possible results. In each of these results the BCCI, The team and the team management will be responsible. All will rush to claim responsibility if the team wins, afew will claim responsibility if the team manages a draw but fingers will be pointed at others if the team loses but In Dhoni we have a captain who is man enough to shoulder the blame if India lose and gracious enough to give credit to those who are responsible for the teams' win.

well i think both the board and players should be blamed for. the mind set of the players to play IPL is something different from representing the country. so many players played IPL and then suddenly had all kind of injury problems. and it was very sad to see that even Yuvraj Singh did the same thing. when he was not made the captain he came up with health problem and opted out of the team and this is not a very profession attitude from a player who is representing the country. i feel board should take strong actions and also they should remember that if for some reasons we loose the series, then we will loose the number 1 spot and that is something which came to use after a lot of hard work.

I would just blame the players. So what if it is a second string team. We need to test the bench. It's only then we become a better cricket playing nation when you know that there are close to 30 players who can all represent the nation when the time comes.

I don't think India will loose this series, because the youngsters are very much talented and ready to show their capabilities. And if India fails, then the whole responsibility is for greedy BCCI for misguiding the Indian cricket with IPL the money game.

i think its BCCI and then the players. to simply but BCCI and the players are more interested in playing for money. it was evident when the sri lankan pace bowlers retired suddenly when he was called for the test series played in sri lanka. these are indications that players are more interested in playing for ipl than in international cricket. they get paid huge amount for less effort and so they are interested in that. and this will for sure affect the international ranking of the teams. this is now becoming more like club football vs international cricket.

HI, Looking at the way West Indian Players are playing and looking at the way Indian Team that has gone to West Indies have played recently in IPL, there is a very small chance or possibility of India losing the Cricket series.... But, yes, for arguments sake, if India loses the series, the responsibility lays entirely with the BCCI. BCCI has been utterly careless in organising the IPL just 1 week after the world Cup and the West Indies Series under 1 week after the close of IPL. Cricketers are not machines to continuously keep drilling runs and wickets. They need to rest. Otherwise, not only there is the possibility of Physical and mental fatigue setting in, but more importantly, the constant cricket may make them dislike playing Cricket itself. Remember Shaun Tait?....He needed a break for 1 year to get back his love for Cricket. But, sometimes, there is also a feeling that Indian players love money more than anything else and do not mind playing IPL, or for that matter, any cricket, as long moolah is assured.

Indian players. . . . They are too good to lose against a mediocre WI side. Hopefully one of the bowlers come of age and lift the mantle piece of Zak

Who will be responsible? well the answer is simple only and only BCCI is responsible. We cannot doubt the loyalty of Indian players towards their country as their efforts have brought the pride of being no 1 test team and long awaited world cup. There is no pride or passion associated with IPL, its merely a TV show run by the BCCI and hence its just about TRPs.If top stars from Indian team will not play in IPL who will watch it?So its very much possible that BCCI pressurized players to play in IPL assuring them rest in upcoming WI tour.If they are so keen to run IPL , they should make sure players get atleast a month's rest before playing any kind of cricket. But if you expect that players will tour just 2 days post IPL after playing 45 days of hard cricket in world cup and 60 days of exhausting cricket in IPL well its too much to ask for. However i am optimistic that India will win against WI although their top players are not playing because system in Indian cricket is quite good and also the talent is not limited at all.

well the BCCI would be the guys responsible......there is too much cricket being played when you look at it from the players point of view.....they need sufficient rest....due to this hectic schedule and also the IPL and conclusion of the wrold cup the players need some rest and Team India would be playing with a lot of youngsters...even the youngsters choosen have sufficient experience under them... and with the ongoing contract issues with the Westindies players and their board they to have not the best players to choose from....its going to be a good battle and I hope India win and come back......good luck to Team India......

Everyone is to blame because its not a single thing that will be responsible, BCCI is responsible because of the lack of management and even ipl as they attract players with their offers and even players who does not interfere in the matter and end up being tired or injured.

I think its both BCCI and the players. 40% because of players coz fresh players are going against West Indies, their chances of winning are less but at the same time who knows what will happen. 60% because of BCCI. There is no need to say anything about the BCCI members, coz we all are aware what they did and will likely to do next. But giving a chance to new players is kinda future planning of Indian cricket. What do you say??
