What do you do to regulate your sleeping hours?

I'm sleeping from 4AM to midday and I can't seem to change my sleeping hours. I need to get my body clock right before I start to work on Monday. What do you guys do to regulate your body clock?

Hey its not so difficult. Use alarm clock, & don't snooze the clock when it rings.. Have the stubbornness in your mind to get up at the correct time, Our attitude is the only reason behind anything in our life.. So leave the laziness & be smart..

Yeah, I guess I'm just too lazy to wake up when the alarm rings. I was thinking of putting my phone somewhere I couldn't reach so if it the alarms goes off I'll be forced to get up, haha. Thanks for your response! :)
