Fake ids on facebook!

We make a lot of friends on facebook but are they all real, sometimes we just add some one who is unknown to us and that unknown can be a fake as well and can promise you a lot but in the end he is not the same person and is different.A lot of guys make a fake id of girls and chat with girls and vice versa.Take all the necessary steps and do not get betrayed.

I simply don't add people I don't know, so I can't add anyone with a fake id. However, we should always pay attention to what we do when we're connected, as everything in the web is a potential threat.
Facebook is probably one of the most dangerous sites when it comes to scams and cybercrime, that's why we have to use it with caution.

yes everything nowadays need to be looked with a needle eye because you don;t know when it comes and backfires you so awareness and knowledge is necessary and yes a lot of cyber crime has increased so yes we need to use the net safely and cautiously.

There is lot of people who use a different name in Facebook. It is not even their names or pictures, you need to be careful with those people. You really can't tell right away if they are fake or not. The only advise that I can give you is add someone in Facebook whom you personally know.

yes there are so many people who misuse facebook and other social networking sites for fun or for their own enjoyment so i personally advise that one must add those whom they know and be aware of whom you share your personal things with.

Hi, gamma9967. I have always been very curious about whom is who on Facebook. I have seen a couple of pictures of a person that has a celebrity photo as their avatar. I also have seen others have an symbol and what not. I always wonder if these persons are really real and not someone that is fake. I don't know why someone has a fake ID on Facebook. If they are posing as someone else, then I will just report them to Facebook. This is only if they are pretending that they are actually this person, when they really are not.

It is very easy for people to start up a face book account in any name that they like, as well as to pretend that they are some one that is nothing like what they are.I think that it is not a real safe place for children to be on and i also think that if there are children on there then, their parent should see who they have added and what has been put on there.

Hi Gamma, Thats true there are most of fake ids in FB. So its better not to add strangers and whom we never know. Lots of guys do name as girls and try to misuse. So its better to add only known persons.
