Is possible diffrent user's account from same IP ?

Dear mylotter friends
I am a new user here so I am not understand the rules of mylot. My one friend was asking me can I make my account from your net so I am confused to allow him or not to make new account from my net. Because I am already registered here from my net.
Share your views it is possible two different user account from same IP.

Mylot guidelines don't speak about multiple account with same IP. He says that are not allowed more than one account per person and that paypal account must be different.
I think the best thing is to ask to Mylot admins. Now I post you a comment with the account of one of the admins: you ask him the friendship and then ask for this in a private message.

When it is family members, I know you can get MyLot to approve it, that is why there are husbands and wives working here. I am not sure about friends. You need to go to "contact us" at the bottom of the page and share your question there.
