is it really addicting to watch cartoons on TV

I think most of the kids like to watch cartoons as it makes them laugh and happy. Moreover, every kid like to spend time in playing or doing something else so they stick to TV, if not playing anything else. Parents are equally responsible for encouraging them to watch cartoons because they think that while the kids are busy watching cartoons, they can finish their own tasks.

heheh a very good discussion!! well according to my experience, yes it can be pretty addicting. i grew up watching cartoons and still do. i used to wake up as early as 6am just to watch my favorite cartoon shows. aww i miss those days. these days i don't watch all the shows, but my favorite one, i never miss them

I don't think cartoons are any more addictive than anything else. LOL I enjoy watching The Simpsons, and occasionally i'll watch old Bugs Bunny and Tweety cartoons, but that's it.

Yes it is. Kid's loves cartoons cause it is full of colors, and it is lively. At one point when I was a kid, even nowadays I'm waking up early just to watch cartoons and anime. Since I got to work at 9 I'm spend an hour watching my anime's in DVDs.
