Uneasy job as a call center agent

I am a call center agent after I switched my career being a medical representative. This is not my line of studies actually since I am into medical but I choose to be a call center agent where we provide customer satisfaction. It is not easy knowing that some may be mad with a particular product or service which is not really our fault. Customers tend to be angry..shout at us but we can't do anything rather that stay in calm and help them with patience. But the only thing that satisfy is the service that we provide and a solution that we provide with a customer.;)

I had been in the industry for almost seven years and I'm telling you until now I can't believe why im here. There's so many times were I considered quitting in giving up because I really hate the job. I am happy that I got promoted the position where I don't need to make calls again but the stress of the environment is still there. There is no months in my life where I didn't see an agent crying because the customer is insanely mean and classless. I felt more sorry with the telemarketers in the industry because they get more of the use than their customer service counterparts but both telemarketers and cost them are service representatives are always victims of mean and irate costumers.

Cool for almost seven years good thing that you survive with the job. And you're so bless to be promoted not to take calls especially taking calls with irate customers. Although, when it comes to salary it is much higher than other job but the price of dealing customers is really unpayable. I just hope that customer knows how to put theirselves in the shoes of agents..:)

even though I'm not making calls anymore, I still felt miserable with my job because everybody hates me because many people had been fired because Of me but I'm just doing my job and that is to listen to their calls and see if they're doing violations and also check if they cannot perform. I felt bad

In the case of call centre jobs u meet new customers every day over phone or in person and it becomes difficult to know the moods of them. As call centre people u need a lot of patience, perseverance and understanding. have a good day.

It is really difficult to handle customers who are considered to be irrate customers or those angry customers. We need a lot of patience to understand and to stay in this kind of industry. Have a good day too.

Call center agent or customer service is really not easy job. Face the customer and make them satisfied even sometime the have "freak request" is the challenge.But, inside the difficulty, there're a lot of benefit too. It's upgrade your communication ability and widen your society.It's not bad at all.

One of uneasy job is being a call center agent. Sometimes customer requests are damn stupid but we still handle it in a very nice way in order to satisfy them. Yeah there a lot of benefit or opportunity working in a call center because with that we learn how to deal things, realize things that is going on and learn to appreciate things in life.
