Pacquiao's $65M - 75M dollars offer NOT TRUE!

In recent days that news broke out that 65 million dollar offer to Manny Pacquiao from billionaire Carlos Slim is not true according to Richard Scheafer who directly spoke to Mr. Slim. This comes after Floyd Mayweather denied a 65 million dollar offer to fight Manny Pacquiao from a Singapore group.
The news came from inquirer.net last Sunday from Ilocos Sur Gov. Luis “Chavit” Singson. So perhaps that the offer was sounded too good to be true.
I think that the report to be true, it must come from Mr. Slim himself.
