Is it not good to watch TV much?

Is it not good to watch TV much? I think this is good to watch tv for entertainment but for tv if your working life starts getting affected then that is the time to notice and starting to change ourself. I also watch tv in my free time, but even some time when there is nothing on TV , I also watch during the time. I think this is not a good practice. What you say?

The Coca-cola is not good because of the too much sugar in it, the cellphones are not good because some kind of waves... But they are part of our lives. I think the tv is a way to forget about your problems and the life in general, you can learn so much from tv, you can laugh. Nowadays there are tv's that aren't bad for your eyes so I think that tv can only help you :)

When I was still employed, I worked 12 hours almost everyday so everytime I get home I always go straight to bed and had almost no time for watching television. It did surprised me however, that I could actually construct songs and poetry easier that time. I was able to even start a short story that time, since writing always been one of my favorite hobbies and it didn't took me lonh to figure out what would happen next in the story. I guess in general, reduced television watching had improved my creativity.

Nothing will be good if you are overdoing it. Watching TV programs will also be the same, if you keep sitting in front of the TV and doing nothing else. What will you gain? If watching TV starting to affect your working life, you would probably get addicted to the TV programs. So, like you said, only watch the TV programs when you are free and will definitely a good way to control yourself and it will not affect your working life.

I think the habit of anything is worst when you doing it very much. And here we talk about television so it is not so good if you watch television very much means more than 8 hours in a day. Because it affected on our brain and eyes. Mostly our eyes are affected from it and we complain about eye’s pain and water from eyes. So always careful about your health.
