Sites like Treasure Trooper

Hi :)
I'm pretty new to earning money from the internet and I have just found out about Treasure Trooper.
Sad thing is, there are no offers there that are applicable to my country (I'm from the Philippines, btw).
So, I'm just wondering if there are any other sites out there just like TT that isn't a scam and has offers available to members outside the United States.
I'm looking for things to do on my free time and I figured out that I might as well earn some money. :)

Treasure Trooper sounds pretty cool what exactly is it? I take it, It works in the US as well. Even though your from the Philippines you can actually still sign up for at-least` 2-3 legit websites that I`m familiar with.
Are you getting paid via PayPal from Treasure Trooper? what do you have to do in treasure trooper just sounds really familiar
