Will United States of America help philippines to take the spratly island?

The issue once again arises when their was a Pinoy fisherman was shot and killed because of going to some islands in spratly where china is building a frastracture for their island. It is very diffucult to accept for filipinos that china trying to get what philippines should have.The spratly island is in the resposiblity of teritory of the philippines. How come that even how clear it is to china they were trying to owned the spratly island. Is it unfair? and because of this i think the only solution for this is to let the government of United State of America help for this issue of owning the spratly island. What do you think? hmm..
