How have you overcome the most difficult times in your life?

The most difficult times in my life were loosing my Aunt to cancer a month after finding out she had it. Then 3 months later running for the life of my family and me from Hurricane Katrina. We lost EVERYTHING! Still trying to overcome the greif of everything last year. Not sure how to do it. Any ideas??
