Setting up a Live Christmas Tree Lot

I am starting to sell Christmas Trees this year for the first time. Can anyone give me a few pointers on setting up the Lot?
I have a killer location on a highway that gets oer 70,000 cars pass it every day.
I have trees being delivered and need to set up the lot the best that I could.
Any ideas?
