do you agree on stay-in workers in your business?? how do you sure that they dont do anything bad inside of your business place?? will you stay-in your worker or not?and why? its because we have a business here in my country and that is aluminum and glass, and my two relatives are there with one another employee, this past few days,i have noticed that they are very sleepy today and take note just only today, and aside from that they had sent money to there families in province this morning, and we never know where they get there money.our suspect is they have an side-line work in the evening and the tools and stock are open because they stay there 24 hours.any advice or reaction please.thanks.

I don't think it's a good idea to have stay in workers. If that is one of your relatives whom you know very well, I may have approved to that, but other than that it will be a no no. We can never be sure what that worker is thinking. We don't know that he/she is only showing good to us when we are around but when we turn our backs he/she is already thinking of something bad for the business.

Well, I don't know how your business operate in your country, but you surely need a place to lock those tool and stock without anyone's access. Only your relatives or someone who is charge have the key. Otherwise, they might steal something, and they would deny it. Or you can present the day's stock, or inventory in comparison, and they shouldn't be denial, since they would stay there 24 hours.
