ads for all and disney clicks ptc sites-anyone receive payment from them yet?

Hey all-this is to all of the ones that are members of these two sites. I am also a member and have been waiting for over three months to get paid by them. Are they folding or what is going on? I have emailed the administrators of both of these sites and keep getting answers like no money right now,etc. I since gave up going to those sites. I was wondering who else is having trouble on these two sites. Please respond
