Finding the right job?

I have recently joined the world of the unemployed. In looking for a job I'm not lazy nor too zealous, I just take my time - soul searching. Then I realize what work do I want? The profession I'm in to has lots of fields and I don't want to be in the most common area. I want to practice what's the most forgotten part and I find it difficult to look for an institution that gives me that opportunity. I want to be good in a job that I'm passionate about regardless of anything else. And I do hope and pray that I'll be able to find it. Do you also have difficulty finding the right job?

Some people landed with the job that is far from their education, but it doesn't matter to them,as long as they getting payment/salary at decent price. Some people doesn't care about the salary -but wants a job that they love,a job who is their passion and interests -and money is not a big matter. So- it depends on what aspect an individual is looking for, whether a job that can provide a good living,or a job that satisfy the passion and interests. Have a great weekend ahead

Finidng the right jon, the question most people will ask. Most tell you what's your passion, what's your dreams. GO after your passion and dreams. But if you can do that, that will be good. But for most like me, it's difficult. So to me the right job is one that can pay the bills and at the same time fuel my passion (which is playing the guitar), and of course it's not a job that I hate to go to most of the time. THere's no perferct job, there's only jobs that either you hate or lot or hate alittle. The right job to me is the job you hate a little not a lot.

theres this saying "Start Small and Aim big", i guess no matter which field you get into, you would have to spend effort and time to get promoted and do well in the field?

I've changed jobs several times, and every one of it was different from each other. I usually tried to find one that I like however I did not close my mind from the ones that were offered. So, if I think I could do it, I would take the chance.

hi lazybug....i also encountered that situation when i was newly graduate, it was really difficult because there were lot of graduates who have the skills, ability, young, and competent....But because i was in a medical field there were lot of hospitals you can apply private or government hospital, one thing came into my mind was i would apply any job either it was not my field because i wanted to have job, so what i did was i made a lot of resume and sent to all private and government hospitals, and there was one of my auntie offered me a job as a private nurse on his relative, even i don't like that job, i grabbed it because while i was waiting for my application in a hospital i would had a job, and also additional experience which i can put in my resume....so for if ever you found a job that was not your field or not your experience just tried it,it would be additional points to yourself your flexibility in another job. You know i have also a sister's applying a job, she was a graduate of information technology, now she was applying as an IT, i told her you cannot found a job exactly you want, because you are newly graduate most of the company looking for an applicant's who have experienced, tried another job like call center agent, or work in an office, maybe she would be developed on that career...

It was also hard for me to find the right job especially when I just graduated from college. I guess it's normal that's why while we are still young, we should continually search for the job where we will be happy. I guess one great thing that you should consider in finding the right job is your happiness. Make sure that you'll enjoy what you are doing. Good luck in your quest for the right job.
