Planet pulse scam?

Hi all, I am so dissappointed with planet pulse. I have been requesting for payment since June 2010 and it's already now June 2011, but my payment is not ready yet. How can there be such a blunder on their side? Does anyone here in myLot have face such a problem with Planet Pulse? Are they really a scam site? I hope my money won't go to waste :(
