Yes, you'll only need a VGA to Composite adapter to hook it up. Please read the message I posted above.

Hi, there are many ways to connect your computer to you television. Now, depending on what cables or plugs can be connected to your television, i will offer you the simplest methods. First, if you are downloading a movie via torrents etc. most will be in a version of .avi, you can convert this file to a mpeg2 file and transfer it to a USB drive. You can then plug your USB drive into your DVD player if possible and watch. Another simple method is using an s-cable. the S cable will allow you to connect your computer directly to your television (if plugs are available). It will display everything on your computer screen to your television. After connection, you can simply just find the properties of your display screen and choose connect to a projector. In this case your television will act as the projector. A VGA connector can also work as it holds a similar function. Hopefully this works. If not, please provide me with the types of plug-in and ports your computer has and your television.

I know about your first suggestion but that will be too long. The second one may work but i don't know exactly the name of the connector type in my TV. In my computer i have same as other computer has. BUt i have crt Tv and it has that red, white and yellow color of connection. so u can now give me some idea.

I believe it is as simple as a USB cord running from your computer to your TV. Their is also an AV adaption cord available with the standard 3 plug which are red white and yellow cords that you attach into your TV AV input. I hope this information has been of some use to you.

What system do you have? Care to share the specs? Also, the TV? It would be hard to guess on what needs to be done in order for you to do it. I mean, we can say you can try an HDMI cable and connect it to both the TV and your PC, then again, one or both ends might not have it. The most common TV port connectors are S-Video and HDMI. Check if your system has those and if your TV supports connecting to those ports. If you're using Windows 7, and you have them connected, it's all a matter of pressing [Win-key] and P at the same time to see the options on the screen to transfer the display to the TV.

Hi, Yoga23302 I assume that you a have a graphic card with DVI interface somehow VGA too. All you need is an adapter that is a DVI to Composite or VGA to Composite depending on your case. Then, If you have some spare Composite cables hanging around just connect it to the adapter to your TV's Composite connections. On the other hand, If in any case you have an S-Video interface provided by your graphic card, It usually comes bundled with an S-Video to Component cable that you can directly hook up with the TV which is the main purpose of having a built in S-Video interface. I prefer this method because S-Video provides better signals and color definition than Composite. Regards, mabzki
