I need to fight with my cravings.

Overeating is a guilt that I feel inside today. 3 months ago I tried my very best to slim down since I am so fat. Fortunately, I was a little bit successful of the things that I wanted to have. I lost few pounds already. Now, that I slim down my food cravings raised up. I overeat a lot of foods this month. And I am afraid to gained a lot of weight after all my sacrifices. What do I need to do now?huhuuhuh

You need to harden up! Think it like this "suffer a little today for a life of enjoyment". Some people also recommend setting achievable goals (and not something like "I'm going to lose 30 pounds in two days"). Start small like "I'm going to lose two or three pounds this week eating only healthy food". Reduce your fast food ingestion little by little so you don't suffer huge cravings, and then remove it from your lifestyle. So lets say you drink 5 bottles of coke a week, drink only four and keep reducing the number each week. You will start feeling better and healthier, and the few pounds you lose will keep you going. But don't give up, the path to succes requires dedication which brings huge rewards.
