I for one, support food supplements. We need them, especially now that most of our foods are instant. We need supplements to fill our bodies' nutrient needs. Anyway, a lot of people think these are extra, added costs that may be avoided. Well, yes if you are eating right. But are you?

No. I stop taking multi-vitamins because I feel poisoned. Now, I stay away from it. I just prefer to eat more vegetables and fruits than to take vitamins. I feel much healthy today that I stop taking vitamins... I believe those vegetables and fruit are more beneficial than taking vitamins

I do take supplements, but not as consistently as I could. I know I feel better when I do and I do not believe it is from the placebo effect. Some doctors do not want us to take supplements, either, while others encourage it. Our soil is depleted and nutritious foods that we ate in the past do not seem to have as much nutrition now as they did fifty years ago.

I understand how placebo affect may have a place in taking supplements. At any case, I still drink my supplements because I feel they help me stay lively and energized. I guess, whatever works for us, right?

I am known by my friends loving the food supplement products of UNO or Unlimited Network of Opportunities. My father's diabetes was suppressed and avoided by these products which are food supplements and herbal, mostly. These food supplements help in the prevention of sickness so I don't consider it a waste of money. It helps a lot especially for kids growth.

I'm a follower of Herbalife supplements. I know how important they are to us since most of the foods that surround us are filled with preservatives and additives. In addition to this, we should also exercise to keep our bodies active and to improve the circulation of blood in our bodies. How is your father now, vangie? I hope he's doing well.

I take food supplement because we have only one body and we must take care of it. In order to protect myself inside and out, I drink food supplement that boosts immune system, supports healthy heart, increases energy and cleanses my body from toxins. Since it is almost impossible for us to get the right amount of nutrients from our modern diet, supplements are very essential to give the proper nutrition our body needs. I don't believe that food supplements are a waste of money, it is a good investment. We need to be healthy in an unhealthy world. :)

I'm an avid fan of food supplements. Mostly we just trusted one brand and that is Tiens products. I am not promoting, I am just stating what it does to my family and it is not anything that we have taken without our family doctor's prescription. It was highly recommended by our family doctor and that is the reason why we are taking it. I have good results taking Cordyceps and other products of Tiens. In fact, it was really an advantage to take such food supplement to help the body to fight of stress and future disease. It is not a medicine so you won't get overdose plus the fact that it is herbal which passed the standards of FDA and BFAD and has ISO certification and award certifications. In short, food supplements are there to help us whenever we don't get the regular daily food requirement needed by our body. It also boosts our health to fight of free radicals that our environment has plus the chemicals we eat on our food especially if its junk foods.

I'm all for supplements, as well. And like you, I take caution in drinking them. However, I don't take doctor's advise much seriously when it comes to supplements, most especially if this doctor is not a family friend. See, I have this notion that they have some sort of commissions from the supplements they sell. We are talking of course of supplements, not meds.

Well... Supplements are really worth of its money. The thing is, we must choose the right supplements and also genuine ones. Lots of supplements and lots of brands available around the world. Spirullina, Cordyceps, Noni, Neem, Glucosamine, Zinc, Calcium, Resvertral, Aloe vera, mmmm... lot more in the list. Enjoy... keep fit.
