Phone issues, wifi, and more..

okay, so i just had a renewal of my phone, and then here i am having problems connecting to the internet from my phone though the wifi has strong signals. it kept saying DNS error... gee.. i have searched the problem in the office, and took me a week.. now i read in a blog that what she did with the same type of phone was only restart it... darn. guess what now?? its working fine!!! wow. have you ever had the same issue, like you tried everything, settings, and all, and researched on it but never thought of any simpler solutions and it would turn out to be the solution? thank you in advance..

Same thing with broadband connection,sometimes you don't need to repair the connection,but restarting the computer is much easier to connect when connection is slow.

In our country we use dynamic IP, which means we get different IP every time we switch ON our Router. Yes, there will be times when we are assigned with an IP with poor performance, Restarting your broadband router might solve the problem if you can get a different IP with better bandwidth.

Yes, there were times when I had gadget problems and went crazy trying to figure out a way to solve it and even, on some occasions, brought it to a technician to fix it,only to later find out through forums or online search engines for very simple troubleshooting or work-arounds. So now, when I have problems, and if I don't feel lazy, I always search through forums for solutions and decide if I can do it myself or let the experts take care of it. Thank God for internet.
