Last night, after I watch some television, and it was around 3:00 A.M. in the morning, while I wasn't be able to sleep, or go to bed yet. So, I just want to turn on the computer, log into mylot and other paid - to - earn websites to earn some extra money. The Clearwire internet wasn't be able to connected, or I don't get any internet connection at all. I tried it a couple of times, and it was useless. It was the same for the Clearwire On - to - go USB modem. I got no signal or internet connection at all. I noticed it before, it happen sometimes, usually during after midnight, there was an hour or two I got no internet connection. Now, I am pondering, maybe I shouldn't sign up with this company at the first place, but now it seems too late, since I already signed 2 years contract with them. Hopefully, that won't happen very often.

well i think it will happen at some time. i mean we do not have perfect internet connection as well and at an averagee of 2x a month we would lose our connection and wait about a day before we can log in to the internet once again.

Hi that totally sucks have you called them about the problem I mean it shouldn't do that! You should get your moneys worth not whatever they choose to give you and when to give it to you maybe get a lawyer if they can't fix the situation to try and get you out of that unfair contract I mean I wouldn't want to stay with them roadrunner is pretty good I use 2 have that provider but times got bad and I had 2 cancel plus I don't have a computer anymore so it would be pretty useless for me at the moment lol goodluck though!

I feel sorry for you. I've had clear wire for a number of years. I finally cancled the service after last year. Their modems are purely wireless internet based and it's highly likely you'll continue to have connection issues during certin times of the day or night. This is due in large to a lot of factors. Mostly location-based. The technology is very sensitive and it takes next to nothing to block the wireless waves coming to the modem from the tower. Depending on where you are in regards to the tower thease outages can result in week signel and loss of signal for a short amount of time. Often random, it is something to be expected. Now here's what you have to do in order to get out of your contract. Trust me I had to do it myself. First off find yourself another provider, cable or other type of service. Next sign up and get service through them. (otherwise you'll be woithout internet connection until you do) Next, call clear wire (there 1 800 number should be listed with your equitment) and claim that your equitment is not working/defective. They will schedule a tech to come out and confirm this. They will be able to tell you if you're in what is considered a blind spot. If this is correct, they will mail you a shipping label. Once you return the equitment they will cancel your account without fear of penolity due to the fact it won't work for you. Now I know this because like I said, I had to do it last year. I was pretty much right on top of a tower, but due to how everything was situatuated (I was in a whole of sorts data-wise) I was able to get out of my contract early without owing them any money.
