potato salad

Do you like potato salad? I enjoy a good potato salad on a nice summer day when the grill is sizzling with yummy meats of any kind. What do you folks like in your potatoe salad?

I love Potato salad. I usually buy the ready made at the deli but if I make it myself I use potatoes, onions, celery, hard boiled eggs, pickles and olives. Mayonnaise and a touch of mustard. then I sprinkle paprika on top. Yummy yummy!

I personally don't care for potato salad at all. The look of the food itself is enough to repel me, but the taste also does not go over very well with me. I know that there are plenty of people who do like this food and that it is a staple of many picnics, but I just don't like it. Hope I don't offend the potato salad fans. ;)

I love potato salad! Especially the ones made with a little mustard. I also like the type that is made with the red potato. Yum, yum!
