Incoming calls for job interview when you in the meeting

I have such experience when I am in the meeting and suddenly my cell phone ringing. I hang up the phone silently and found somebody from job agency had calling me. Everyone in the room looked at me strangely, I ran away outside meeting room for a minute..Sometimes it will be embarassing but if you need better job so it will be your risk.How about you? What you do when your cell phone ringing during a meeting?
