What's your passion(s)?

I thought this would be a good way for all of us to get to know each other a bit. And to see who we share common interests with us. Please be discriptive in your responses so we can get a better idea of your interests & why.
As for myself, I love my children they are my whole world. My son is 13 months old and exploring EVERYTHING. He is like a sponge, soaking up every bit on information he comes across. And my daughter who is 3 months old is an absolute miracle, fighting so hard to be well. Either my husband or I go and visit her at the hospital everyday. I have done so much research to better understand what she's going through, so I can better take care of her.
But before I was a mother (& wife) I was my own person. And I still am. I enjoyed the ocean, (or the pool), I loved feeling the way i could just glide through the water and how refreshed and energized I felt when I got out of the water. Swimming was my escape from all my troubles. Where I could go and nothing could bother me. I also enjoy cuddling up with a book before bed and relaxing. And I enjoy getting online & talking to my friends & meeting new people.

Mh, my passion is drawing, for sure. When I was a child, i spent hours of my free time drawing...and I thank God for that,'cause that has made me improve my skills...Now I'm quite good drawing, or at least this is what people say to me...Sometimes I think that I need more exercise, but now I don't have so much time...
I wish if one day I could be a mangaka, a comic drawer...It would be my life...
ABout other things...I love chatting...Everywhere, with everyone. I met some very kind people on the net, and that makes me feel happy =

you deserved it. You not only listed what you passion is, but you went into detail. You put some thought & time into your response. On my discussions that's what I look for when I pick a best reponse (& I try to for all my discussions)

I get absorbed in video games for hours at a time, I can get lost on a website and lose track of the time, minutes slip by while I skate and when I a wake it feels as it has only been a blink of my eyes. I have more passion for; the goals I complete, the knowledge that I gain, the confidence I build. Its the coming together of these three things that I get my passion for my life, my true passion.
