How do you edit your profile?

I've seen so many myLot users with really cool profiles with many referral links as pictures. You know, the ones where you click them and it takes you somewhere? Well, I just wanted to know how to add those pictures. When I pressed edit profile, all I saw was the option to change colors on your profile. Do you have to achieve a certain rating to get pictures and referrals on your website? Thanks for the help!
