What album has been on your playlist or cd that's been playing a lot in your car? I love music and would love some new suggestions. So what have you had on repeat?

I download a LOT of albums but I have at least given them a listen a once or twice. But among all the new (ish) albums I've been listening to, Vampire Weekend has been my go to for feeling nice and happy. The band name doesn't really sound as happy as their sound, but they really make good summer music. I have all their albums and they're all great :)

I've been playing a lot of Bruce Springsteen lately. Born to Run is probably my fave Springsteen album.

For the last few days I've had Pierce The Veil's Selfish Machines in my car as well as a couple Emery albums from their earlier stuff. Other than that I'll just use radio, except that top 40 hits radio which I just can't stand to listen to for more than one song as everything I hear on their sounds like "let's party and get drunk yeah yeah put your hands up now and get crunk"

I have a whole playlist of spanish music on my youtube that I love to listen to. There are so many good songs that can't be translated into English well. Yes, there's some Shakira stuff, but mostly it's rock and pop that's fairly modern and fun. If you want a dose of culture shock, look up Juanes, Enrique Iglesias (his older spanish stuff), Fanny LĂș, La Oreja de Van Gogh, Sandoval, and El Canto del Loco on iTunes.
