i have long straight hair, and i'd like to know what is a good way to curl it, and keep the curls throughout the day, because when i curl it with a curling iron, it falls down, even with hair sray

i have long hair and I wish it was straight...got a perm last year when it was shorter and the curls just won't go away! before that it was like yours nothing would keep the curls in it. wish i had an answer for you but i just don't know...good luck
