"Service Maintenance", that just sounds fishy

Oh my God, I was scammed once again by those PTC site, as I suspected it gonna turn out to be. This ptc site called "rightwaybux", I clicked its ad almost daily, and now I am almost reaching $3 minimum payout. All of sudden, as today, I couldn't access this site, and only it said "Service Maintenance, check back later and we would have it ready as soon as possible." That sounds a bit fishy, don't you think? I experienced another website also posting such advise on its main page, and it turns out to be a scam site eventually. I probably look for another website then.
