I just came from an informal meet-up with friends and we had a lot of stories being shared with each other. From family and working relationship, financial condition, today's education standard, debt management and a lot more. Shockingly, one had mentioned that time seems to move so fast now a days. Computer, or better yet, internet has weaken the comprehensive skill of students now because when they have research work they can go to internet cafe and there they can get the work done so easily and speedily. That is good. However, she continued, the students are no longer that resourceful in comprehending what they are working on now in their research. Unlike before students really ha d focus and they really had to understand first the whole number of pages of a certain book, or books, before they come up to the completion of the research. To our surprise, another friend tried to butt in to the discussion and simply commented "hmm, yes, time goes too fast and life seems to get shorter, too." All of us in the circle paused a while and agreed. There is the technology that helps us do everything easier and faster but we still seem to get busier, so getting always fatigue at the end of the day. Health seems to be at risk because of getting it fast from a fast food. Losing sleeps because of being hooked to computer. Well, as I went home, I was contemplating: "I should not allow this observation to happen to myself. I want to live long even in the midst of a fast-paced lifestyle.

Indeed now we seen every work can be done very fast with the available of the modern technology. Due to our life being very busy, we tends to look for easy way to solve our limited time. We tends to eat fast food, so we can get more time to complete our work. But in the long run, it will ruin our health and thus makes our life shorter. So, better to spend money into buying some fresh fruits and eat more fresh cooked food from home. Even try to spend some time with our family and friends. Take some time off to relax and enjoy our life while we are still alive.

Everyone's idea has been noted.. You are all correct. MyLotters, may we live longgggg. Time management, alright! That includes taking time to relax and bond with friends and family, eat fresh fruits even when it takes time to peel them off and take freshly cooked food in the house. Then there we get a healthy lifestyle..Is this easy? It may not be easy but I believe we can.

One of the things that cause many people a lot of stress is the speed of life to say the very least. There is a lot of hectic actions in life, that causes life to go through, in a speedy, quick manner, and it is pure insanity to say the very least. I just tend to really shake my head from side to side, as I take a deep breath and try and keep up with the pace of life. Of course, a lot of the time, you really have no choice but to try and keep up with a lot of life. You really are struggling and that is when you have to tap into a side of yourself where you can creatively manage your time. Some people really do struggle with this in many ways. Therefore any attempt to really manage their time in a proper, constructive way, that tends to be a really big issue. Yet life waits for no one and in many other ways, time really does wait for no one. You are really choking on the dust of time as you are trying to get away from it but failing. The pace of life can really be insane so many times.

Amidst these fast paced lifestyle, we already miss doing something. We already are not able to move well, because of the convenience of having things done easily. Much more when are at the computer of in front of the television - we become sedentary , thus shortening our life span. Sad, but it's true. Don't you think so?
