Have you picked out your Halloween costume? Halloween is only a few months away and I thought about making something homemade. Homemade costumes can be the most creative!
I thought about being an Oompa Loompa so I googled instructions on how to make the costume. It seems pretty easy, so I think I may try it.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do for my Halloween costume. I'm helping arrange a party for my local football team, so I've not really given much thought to a costume yet. Luckily I've already got a hooded cape with a cobweb design on it, so I'll probaly use that. Other then that I've haven't got any costumes. As I'm out of work I'm going to have to shop around to get something cheap, and before anyone says make your own, I don't sew, knit or anything like that.

The Halloween party I'm organising has a theme, The Gruesome Graveyard, so we are encouraging people to dress up with this in mind. So has anyone any ideas of a costume for me that is relevant to a graveyard and means that I can use my black hooded lacy cape with the cobweb design on it? Also it has to be cheap and not something I make myself as I don't sew or knit.

I make all my Halloween costumes. I've made fairy costumes, witch costumes, and I love making corsets for renaissance type costumes. I'm trying to get up the courage to be leelu from the fifth element. I mean, I've always wanted to do it, but you know she's wearing thin strips of fabric.lol maybe ill do it this year... maybe

Do you take orders for costumes? I wish I could sew. I sometimes come up with quirky ideas for costumes, but have no way of producing them.

Sorry about double posting. I didn't even notice it until now. But no, I don't take orders. No one asks me to make them anything. I will make fairy skirts for my little sister when I have some extra money. I wish I could make and sell renaissance clothes,but there are so many stores for that already.
