Help regarding my blogger blog.

Dear mylotters, this is a problem i have been facing and i will be extremely t6hankful to all those who really help me and thanks in advance. I have a blog www.14sms.blogspot.com. In this blog there are a number of sms. On the side bar there are labels. If I select a label, let us assume it to be "Good morning" there it displays all the posts with that label. I only want to make 5 posts on the page. I have found a similar site called www.sms4smile.com . This is a similar site for sms. Here if a label is clicked it lists a limited number of posts with pages listed below the posts. I wish to make this type of navigation for my blog. I do not know this process. If it is not possible to mention the complete details please provide me a link where i could find some help regarding this, all the help is highly appreciated and i am extremely thankful to everyone.

You have a answer in your question.
Let me dig it for you.
The site you referred, is a "Website", the response are handled programmatically
You have a blog, response is handled by blogger and blogger programmed the way it is working now.
So it will work the way it is working now, you can't change that programming,as per I know,on a free blog.

It won't happen as a transition.
You need to write it programmatically, may be using PHP or Java or ASP ow whatever web programming language, you want to use.
I did it using PHP-mysql

She is not trying to restrict the total post on homepage of blog but restrict the searched blog links.
