Has anyone tried Project Payday?

So I've been looking into making money online this past week, and I seem to continue to come across Project Payday at every turn. Even websites that review other online ways to make money and determine if they're a scam seem to recommend Project Payday. There are all these videos on YouTube that try and show that Project Payday is legitimate... but they usually seem to be affiliated with them somehow. Can someone that's tried this give me a clear and honest answer as to whether this is a scam or if this really works? Any problems they encountered?
