MyLot issue as a new user....

So I signed up for myLot earlier today, and twice now, I've been logged out automatically. Both times I try to sign back in, they can't find my account at all. I've had to go back into my email and click the verification link to be recognized and logged back in. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Because it is becoming frustrating....
