Got into an Accident

Hey Guys I just got into an badly accident, I have got six stitches on my forehead well the thing is that i was a little bit speedy and the other was the same too, in a hurry i applied the disc brake of my bike and it got slipped. There are little small injuries on legs and fingers. Guys i need your help to recover can u suggest me what kind of diet should i go on, any sort of food that is rich in protein something like that. I have got selected for a training in a company and after 15 days i have to go for training. So in these 15 days Suggest me a appropriate diet to recover fast. Thanks in advance guys.

Hello!I feel or more compensatory nutrition,because it is the cause of injury,so buy some pig ribs, used to boil soup, or buy chicken,also can boil soup,these are all on the body of recovery very helpful. Bless you!

Oh thats really bad. How are you feeling now? Six stitches that really sounds serious. Hope you recover soon. Dont eat potatoes or else your stitches wont heal soon. You must always drive safely. Avoid looking at girls and all while driving. Looking at girls and driving is very dangerous. Next time onwards please concentrate only on you driving and if you want to look at girls dont drive. Ask your friend to drive instead. Hope you get well soon. Your parents might be quite worried about you. But if you look at the bright side... you can sit extra time on mylot and earn extra...

Shouldn't you leave that to a doctor? Soups don't always help. They can be fatty and would just make your blood denser, causing heart disease in the long run. Ask for medical advice from professionals and not from people who think they know anything. You'll be a lot safer.

Sorry to hear that u got involved in an accident. Hope u are feeling better now. There are indeed food that aids in recovery, but it won't be that fast either. One most important thing is to drink lots of water, and have food that are high in protein. Chinese herbal soups will be good for u if there's anybody u know, can cook it for u.

Just eat at least tree times a day and drink 6 to 8 glass of water.
