hi, healthy dietary habits and exercising are healthy lifestyle and of course, this is definitely helping you to overcome stress problem. For example, consuming chocolate and cake which contains sugar can actually help to calm down our feelings. Besides, it also helps to stimulate adrenaline which can make us feel happy. Exercising also help in coping stress. This is when you sweat a lot after exercise, you tend to let your body to take a good rest. After the resting, you will feel release and calm.

Well, doing the household chore is an exercise by itself. But it could also be stressing. Specially when you multi-task, you become stressed by having a divided attention. But as i have observed, exercise and eating healthy is one way of beating stress. If you eat healthy you don't get those unwanted fats that could make you tire easily. also , exercise gives you enough oxygen to the brain, thereby enabling you to think well, thus stressing you lesser.

I am sure that a good eating routine and healthy food will keep you healthy and if you do the exercises then it will add up to your good health. I have felt it by myself and can bet for it. I use to do it from my childhood because I lived in a hostel where I had to run in the ground with all my schoolmates as per one of the activity in my school. I am in good shape, however i am little thin but over all I love my physic.

Hello sadafsakhawat. I believe that exercise, in combination with healthy diet, is one of the best things we can do to reduce stress. Eating right is very important when it comes to our health. As we get busy, we tend to make poor nutritional choices that can actually increase our stress levels. Protein-rich, healthful snacks can help us avoid blood sugar level dips and accompanying mood swings and fatigues. We should also keep ourselves active. Exercise burn calories which can help us maintain a healthy weight. When we are more active, not only our stress level go down, but our craving for unhealthy foods begin to subside. :)

Yes healthy eating and especially exercise can help us relieved our daily stress in life.People get stress easily because of unhealthy life style and they don't have enough exercise, walking is a great exercise too because we tend to get lazy sometimes and when task should be done that is a stress for other people who don't know how to balance their lifestyle.Actually being stress is on our minds if we are stress or not so just be calm and relax if we felt like being stress out.

Eating good and healthy food is actually one way of taking care of yourself. Healthy food actually makes you feel more alert while junk food (and too much carbs) makes you feel sluggish. A healthier diet can actually help you cope with stress because your energy is high. It also makes your body function better and helps prevent disease.

Definitely! Those two are the critical factors that help sustain your body. If your body is healthy, most likely stress won't get into you. Household work can be considered exercise, but most likely will end up being a source of stress.

I believe that eating right and exercising do a big factor in keeping one's health on top. It's really stressing on how the fast paced world may look and you have to keep yourself healthy all the time. One hour walking can make a difference in your life as it would help you have a healthy heart circulation.
