I think the food is loved by everyone will feel bored. Why is that, because there are many others food that have to try delicious. For example : you must be tired of eating meat every day, although with different flavors. Judging for the lack of good health even if we do not change our diet on a regular basis.

Even the most delicious foods when eaten everyday, would make you not want to eat it anymore after some time. So, we must see to it that we eat a variety of food everyday. But they don't necessarily be expensive because there are cheap foods that could be so delicious.

I try to eat different food every day. Quite often, my menu is varied. looking to eat food that is high quality it can no extra calories from that I can get on weight because I'm on a diet. I think that should be taken with food and do not overdo it. Have a nice day!

Yes people loves to eat especially if they are bored and nothing to do in life.Foods that make me feel tired are foods that are high in calories and meat.It is really difficult to digest in our stomach even if we only ate a small amount of it.In that case we should eat foods high in fiber and we should eat in moderation and doing some work out to help easily digest our food intake.
