Parapsychology is not a matter of will, but extrasensory abilities that a person can have them or not, can you believe in spirits, in ghosts, in vision but not enough, you must be born with certain traits or you can get a result of traumatic events (I heard that a clairvoyant would be gained when such qualities were achieved by lightning). Personally, I am skeptical, I ever met a man with psychic powers, but that does not mean that there would be, after all "no fire without smoke out." Only well.
