If you're a teenager, then I am more than sorry to say that there might not be anything that you can do to prevent yourself from getting acne, as it is just a part of teenage life. However, there are things that you can do that might be able to improve it. Keeping your face clean is one of the best things to do, and you should use face wash which is suitable for sensitive skin; as that is one of the reasons that a lot of people have acne in the first place. You should wash your face every morning and every night, and also change your bedding as much as possible to avoid spreading germs on there. In addition to this, it might help to drink lots of water. I always find that my acne improves during the summer months because of the simple fact that I am drinking a lot more water than I usually do. If none of this works, then seeing your doctor probably will, as they will be able to prescribe a treatment to you. There are many things on the market which target acne, and many of them are very good at working.

Hi! Avoid sleeping late at night, if possible. Another thing is, you should always clean your face every morning and at night time. Most dermatologists would advise their patients to avoid chocolates and other fatty foods. Lastly, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. If possible, make veggies a part of your daily diet.

Just use a facial was everyday. When it comes to facial oil, use oil control films or tissue to wipe it off. All you have to worry then is the food that you eat 'cause food can also give us acnes.

Yeah this may help. I stopped having acne my senior year of high school and I attribute it to keeping my face clean (shower) with at least 3 - 5 minutes of dedicated hot water sprayage every day. Once I started doing this (idk if its natural to do this or maybe not?) it went away in like 2 weeks I think. Pretty fast. So idk what all the facial rubs out there are about. Just keep it clean, and dry may help like a dessert area/state that is really dry/not humid like the east coast is.

Avoid, stress. Usually stress triggers up a lot of chemicals in your body, including the "oil". Have a healthier diet, more fruits, less deep fried etc. Avoid touching your face at all causes. Your fingers are generally always dirty, and also has it's own oils that mixes with your facial oils. To keep face from becoming shiny etc. due to oil. Occasionally wash your face and pat down with tissue, or purchase one of those face cleanser pads that you can bring around with you, they are similar to wet naps. Arriving from home, wash your face with warm or hot water depends on your comfort, and close the pores with following up with cold water. Perhaps your mini acne, is some sort of irritation and you may be allergic to something, try to change pillow cases etc. And see if it occurs to all of them. But generally wash your face and prevent touching it whenever possible.

Keep your face clean and oil free. For that use face wash, about twice a day, and use it more often while travelling. Once you're comfortable with using a face wash, you'll want it more often as you'll get the feel and need of a clean face. This will reduce acne to a negligible...

Hi savageangelz, The best way I have found to keep away simple acne is to simply keep your face clean! Wash it every morning, and night. You can use just soap and water, but you may find a deep cleansing facial scrub to work better. If the acne is more than just normal acne, you may need to go to something medicated like Proactiv or similar. If it is very serious, it may be best to seek professional help from a dermatologist. They will be able to tell you what you should do for your particular skin and acne to get rid of the acne and prevent it.
